Pilates

Pilates is great for strengthening and toning with a focus on your core and increasing your flexibility. Pilates classes have a strong mind/body connection and are a safe and effective way of strengthening your abdomen and pelvis as well as maintaining a good posture. Clinical Pilates classes involve precise moves and specific breathing techniques and could be tailored to your individual needs, even if you have health issues such as arthritis, low back pain, knee injuries, heart disease or high blood pressure.

Pilates at More Rehab is lead by qualified physiotherapists and includes the use of specialist equipment to enhance your experience. These are delivered as one-to-one sessions and many groups.

Tuesday:         1:00pm – 2:00pm (Seated pilates)
