About me:

Anna worked within a physiotherapy practice from a young age, both within admin and as a physiotherapy assistant whilst she was at university. Because of this she had extensive experience with neurology and orthopaedic management from acute and community settings. She held a research post for a period of time exploring use of technology in rehabilitation and left to expand her interests in the clinical application.

Anna founded More Rehab over 10 years ago, pursuing her passion to develop a team that could deliver high quality private rehabilitation to neurological and orthopaedic clients. She enjoys the variety of services and technology that are offered at More Rehab which ensure that clients can be facilitated to engage in a relevant programme in order to truly optimise their outcome.

She has worked in the medico-legal field for 20 years – as an assistant and then as an Expert Witness herself. She now runs More Expert, a small team of expert witnesses. She is registered as a Tier 1 expert with APIL and enjoys an excellent reputation. She enjoys the challenges presented within this work.

Away from work:

Anna loves family time and enjoys encouraging her young children to thrive through play. She has a horse, who she has had from a foal and is now 20 years old but still enjoys a good hack and show jumping. Anna volunteers for a dog rescue charity from whom she got her younger Border Collie dog (she also has a older Border Collie who has 3 legs) – she completes home checks and also does emergency transport runs in order to uplift or rehome the dogs. She enjoys running and keeping fit – and the newest dog is a good motivator for this!

Zack Derrick

BSc (Hons), MHPC, MCSP Physiotherapist

Special Interests :

MSK and sport environments are my speciality. I am constantly around exercise and activity, which has allowed me to advance my knowledge in a vast number of ways. Being a personal trainer as well as allowed me to implement exercise based approaches effectively, whether it is to increase performance or recover from an injury. I believe movement is medicine and I aim to find new ways to make our bodies as functional as possible for as long as possible.

About Me :

I have recently graduated as a physiotherapist, and dove straight into the sporting world by working with Sheffield United Football Academy in the Elite Performance Program. Whilst here my focus was on assessing and treating players as efficiently and effectively as possible to prevent lost playing time. I also worked closely with the strength and conditioning team to help identify specific areas of improvement for individuals.

I have always been an active person myself and would always get involved with every sport I could. Hockey, athletics and basketball to name a few. I found my passion in basketball where I have played to a high level all over the UK. This directed me towards the gym where I wanted to better my own performance and in turn led me to helping others better theirs.

Away from Work :

You can usually find me in the gym or on a basketball court.
