Welcome to
more rehab

Our mission is to enable every individual the opportunity to live their best life.

Our Story

More Rehab was born from a passion to provide the best combination in evidence, skills and knowledge in order to provide those with injuries or conditions to recover and improve their quality of life. At More Rehab, we have brought together a team of therapists who are passionate about ensuring high quality rehabilitation. In fact, many of the team join us as they are despondent and wanting to provide better services to patients as they know what potential is really possible with the right care.

We know, if patients are provided with the right service, the quality of life is vastly improved and that’s what we are about – making sure every individual has the opportunity to thrive and live their best life.

What We Do

Our aim is to make rehabilitation accessible and this is why we have a number of locations and a breadth of services across them all.  Our programmes are built putting clients at the centre of the decision making process to respect each person’s beliefs, aspirations and commitments. We understand the importance of each person’s priorities, needs, abilities, limitations and motivations and aim to ensure that we are active listeners. We promote health, well being and active participation with a positive experience of rehabilitation. We aim to value excellence, ensure professionalism and earn and maintain trust in the team by clients and referrers by delivery of the best experience ensuring safety, confidentiality, good communication and a dependable service.

We keep up to date with new developments in all areas of rehabilitation and invest in services to ensure every opportunity is made available to our patients. We work to put together individual programmes which will work best for each client who works with us. The programmes will often include multiple aspects and these will continue to evolve as patients improve.

Don’t just take our word for it. Take a look at some of the kind words from our clients on our testimonials page.

Our Team

We have an extensive team of senior specialist clinicians supported by junior clinicians and rehabilitation assistants who have a high level of training to carry our prescribed programmes if help is needed. The team are all passionate about pulling together the right knowledge, skills and experience in order to facilitate each client to reach their best outcomes. Our team work with respect to establish a positive team ethos, encouraging a supportive inter-disciplinary team ethos.

We set goals with our patients as part of a team process that places patients in the driving seat.  It is not about what we think is achievable, but what an individual wants to achieve.  We then measure improvements as well as effectiveness of treatment so we can help out clients not only achieve, but exceed and surpass their goals. We strive to provide an excellent service with excellent results.

Meet our fantastic team

Anna Wilkinson

Managing Director, Anna Wilkinson, worked in both the NHS and private practice for many years as well as completing research at the University which sparked her passion for ensuring that people who have conditions or injuries which can be helped with therapy have access to what they need. After many years of increasing her knowledge and skills in rehabilitation in different areas – neurology, orthopaedics and respiratory amongst others – she developed a passion to share the real potentials of rehabilitation. Combining evidence of what works, with knowledge and skills to put together a programme for the person, she grew More Rehab – a business to stand up and share the combined passion of an amazing team who all believe in facilitating clients to smash expectations and goals, to empower them to live their best lives.

Anna has 70% hearing loss. After 20 years of been told ‘it’s as good as it’ll get’ a consultant empowered her that there is something that can be done. After a lot of hard work and a multitude of developing new techniques she found ways to overcome the challenges of this ‘un-seen’ disability. It is this passion and determination that drove Anna’s vision to improve the levels of rehabilitation and quality of life for patients, which began More Rehab.

Anna  is a member of a number of special interest groups:
